About Us

Torrisholme Rambling Club Logo depicting a person walking

 The Club was formed on 17th February 1965, with the very first walk being held at Ambleside in the Loughrigg area on 27th March 1965


Formerly known as Torrisholme Church of the Ascension Rambling Club, we currently have  149 members


The purpose of the Club is to promote fellwalking and a love and respect for the countryside.  We walk every alternate Saturday.
