Coach Booking Procedure

A list will be passed around the coach for members to book THEIR NAMES ONLY on the next ramble (subject to waiting list numbers).
Telephone/text bookings for the next walk commence at 9am on the MONDAY after the previous walk. See details below.
When the list is full, members will be placed on a waiting list.
NON-MEMBERS are able to book for rambles from the SECOND MONDAY onwards.
Members cancelling after the Wednesday before the ramble, for whatever reason, should pay the appropriate coach fare.
Members not wishing to walk are also invited to travel on the coach.
If the coach is full, members may join the walk at our destination, but they must notify Jennifer beforehand and pay half fare to the Treasurer.
The coach fare is currently £12 per walk.
