Torrisholme Rambling Club

With regard to Catherine’s email of 24 May 2025 advertising the Club’s proposed 6 day visit to Scotland with Lochs & Glens for May next year, it has become apparent, due to initial low bookings, that there are not enough people to make the holiday a viable proposition. 

To those who have made a reservation to go on the holiday to Loch Tummel it is obviously very disappointing news. 

Following a discussion at a recent Committee Meeting it was decided to cancel this holiday and find a suitable alternative. Deposits will be refunded in due course.

The Committee are now busy contacting relevant Holiday Companies to ascertain what is available at a reasonable cost. 

The Committee is sorry to take this course of action but with the best will in the world the numbers were not forthcoming. 

Rest assured we are doing our utmost to seek an alternative which will be advertised as soon as the relevant information is available.
